“A friend in need is a friend indeed”. You would agree with me that this quote has been relevant for ages. But as it is, not everyone has been opportune to enjoy its significance.
Below are ten questions you need to ask yourself about your friend.
- Is my friend committed to me?
- Is my friend willing to sacrifice/ share his or her most important asset such as time with me?
- Is my friend willing to go an extra mile to make sure I achieve my goals?
- Is my friend willing to share in my pain?
- Has my friend impacted my life positively in any way?
- Does my friend show up anytime I need his/ her assistance?
- Does my friend neglect important issues affecting my life for less important ones?
- Can my friend put up a strong defense for me in trouble times?
- Can I confide in my friend?
- Am I worthy to be seen with him/her?
Your answers to these questions would reveal to you how unfriendly your friend is or better still, tells you how close you should hold on to your friend.
